This role is your chance to be a key player in a growing company, working closely with clients to revolutionize the construction industry. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be tasked with increasing Versatile’s market share by expanding our reach within existing and new accounts and ensuring strategic alignment with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to account management, building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Be comfortable with prospecting, outbound activities, and developing existing accounts.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets within prospective accounts. Effectively manage your pipeline and execute planned activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with client preferences and business goals. Drive sales of pilot programs and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring seamless implementation and delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, including VPs, to drive long-term growth.
  • Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, focusing on selling into the construction industry. Implement go-to-market strategies within your territory, creating and executing sales activity plans on an annual, quarterly, and weekly basis.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer needs concerning sales opportunities, ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. Tenaciously follow through on all customer-related tasks.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay informed about industry trends, actively participate in industry networks, and represent your company at events to build and expand business connections.
  • Work Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, agility, and a strong desire to achieve success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years with a proven track record of selling to senior-level executives, including VPs.
  • 4+ years of sales experience specifically within the construction industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, data-driven culture.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to sales.

Salary Range:

  • $120,000 – $140,000 base, double OTE. Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, prior performance, and geographic location.
Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be integral to our core engineering teams, contributing significantly to the design, architecture, and development of our front-end applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of frontend applications, iteratively developing and maintaining features that empower construction professionals to enhance their execution processes.
  • Work on features end-to-end, delivering solutions independently, within teams, and across various groups.
  • Influence and shape the future of our front-end systems, addressing the challenges of building and scaling for rapid growth.
  • Design and implement React-based front-ends that deliver high user value, with pixel-perfect UIs and excellent performance and UX.
  • Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and fellow engineers to ensure alignment and quality in product development.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative user data, including analytics, user interviews, and feedback from Customer Success and Support, to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in planning and design processes, reviewing work from other engineers to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
  • Contribute to architectural improvements and foster a strong engineering culture focused on excellence.

Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • At least 4 years of experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable front-end architectures, as well as design systems.
  • Skilled in creating responsive, user-friendly UIs with high performance.
  • Previous experience in working closely with backend engineers and setting API requirements in RESTful, semi-RESTful and materialized environments. Additional experience with GraphQL is a plus. .
  • Strong product mindset with experience serving as the technical counterpart in an empowered team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operation and customer support teams to deliver valuable products.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in hands-on SaaS B2B product roles.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups, leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Proven ability to manage 0 to 1 and 1 to 100 products through their entire lifecycle (ideation to launch to adoption to growth).
  • Experience in construction tech – advantage.
  • Experience in companies with AI operations – advantage.
  • Strong product sense, and ability to translate user feedback and business goals into actionable product features.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term product visions, based on market pains and trends, and our unique value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
