Responsibilities:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring our clients and their partners are utilizing the platform to drive action. The candidate will work closely with sales team members and senior management to produce happy, growing, and referenceable engagements.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial construction experience and a demonstrated track-record of using that experience to drive construction technology adoption. The candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to foster customer satisfaction.

●     Leverage knowledge of the construction industry to improve client business outcomes

●     Establish collaborative, trusted advisor relationships with key construction personas to drive engagement and adoption

●     Master product offerings, reporting and insights, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.

●     Provide comprehensive client engagement support including removing obstacles and driving resolution of support requests

●     Amplify the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps and internal decisions

●     Foster cross team collaboration, communication, and enablement as an active partner with sales and other groups throughout the organization

●     Maintain records of customer engagement in CRM

●     Represent Versatile at trade shows and industry events

●     Drive operational excellence and scalability by creating sustainable best practices and procedures

Requirements:

●     4-year degree from an accredited college or university

●     3+ years of Client Success/Support role (Construction technology experience strongly preferred)

●     2+ years of on-site commercial construction experience preferred

●     Sales-driven and experienced in consultative selling techniques

●     CRM experience

●     Intermediate proficiency with MS Office

●     Passionate, driven with a track record of providing stellar customer support

●     Personable, with strong communication and presentation skills

●     Self-starter with the ability to work with autonomy

●     Ability to travel often

We are looking for a deeply passionate Senior Frontend Engineer, who will join an excellent team and will not only contribute to building additional features but will play a pivotal role in working with the team on building for the future, by taking full ownership over our frontend codebase and shaping it to be more maintainable and scalable.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of our web apps, iteratively developing and maintaining features that empower construction professionals to Optimize their workflows
  • Work on features end-to-end, delivering solutions independently, within teams, and across various groups.
  • Take ownership of, influence, and shape the future of our front-end systems, addressing the challenges of building and scaling for rapid growth.
  • Design and implement React-based frontends that deliver high user value, with pixel-perfect UIs and excellent performance and UX.
  • Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and fellow engineers to ensure alignment and quality in product development.
  • Participate in planning and design processes, conduct code reviews, mentor other engineers, and ensure high code quality and maintainability standards.
  • Contribute to architectural improvements and foster a strong engineering culture focused on excellence.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • At least 3 years of experience with React and at least the same with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable front-end architectures.
  • Skilled in creating responsive, user-friendly UIs with high performance.
  • Experience in building design systems/Storybook/reusable frontend components.
  • Previous experience in working closely with backend engineers and setting API requirements.
  • introducing testing frameworks, driving the adoption of automation, and writing intricate front-end tests.
  • A product-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

We seek a hands-on Director of Marketing with experience in construction technology to lead our marketing efforts and drive impactful growth in the construction tech sector.

As a Director of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and execute marketing strategies while executing campaigns, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to create media and content. You will have a leadership role in building our voice on our marketing site, social networks, and industry events. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our brand and messaging resonate in the competitive construction tech space.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing within the construction industry and a minimum of 3 years in the construction tech space.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation with a successful track record in generating leads within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition through marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creating compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
