In this post, we’ll take a look at some specifics: how to add trade partners and how to add resources.
How to Add Trade Partners
To add trade partners, go to the left hand navigation and scroll down to the “Trades” section. Select “Add Trade” at the bottom and add any trade partners you want added to the system and click “Submit.” The trades will be added to the system within one business day.
After your trades have been added, they will appear in the dropdown list when you create an event.
How to add Resources
A “Resource” is any item on the project site that you want to have a dedicated schedule for. Most popular examples include a crane, forklift, or access point.
To add a new resource, navigate to the left hand navigation and select “Add Resource.” Next, name your resource and choose an icon and click “Save.”
One more important point: the resources are filters so you can easily show and hide a resource depending on your desired view.
